Accidents that occur suddenly in connection with work and result in physical or psychological injury must be reported to IFA’s Occupational Health and Safety Organization by filling out the form below.
You will then be contacted by the daily safety coordinator regarding action and reporting.

Near misses, where incidents could have led to an accident but where no one was actually injured, must also be reported to the organization via the form. The organization will then assess whether safety improvements are needed.
