Smoking policy

Aarhus University has a total indoor smoking ban across the entire university area.

The smoking ban and smoking policy also apply to e-cigarettes.

Outdoor smoking is only permitted at designated ashtrays, which are discreetly placed to minimize inconvenience to passersby.

At the Physics buildings, smoking is only permitted at the ashtray located in the large parking lot between Langelandsgade and building 1525.
