All employees at AU have a duty to journalize, among other things, all research grant applications and collaborations in Workzone (only in Danish).
Once an application has been made, it can be sent to the administrative contact person along with the letter of support and the budget, to make sure a case is created and the documents uploaded /journalized in Workzone.
Afterwards a link will be sent to the case.
When the answer to the application is known, the confirmation of the grant/rejection should be sent to the administrative contact person, to have it filed in the case, and possibly close the case.
