When you have created your @phys.au.dk email, you can order an access card via this link.
Your identification number at Aarhus University is (AUID) auxxxxxx. In the room Number field, you can write the office number you have received from your admin.contact person which is something like this: "152x-xxx".
Please inform your admin. contact person when you have done that, so we can make sure that the card is activated.
When you arrive, you can pick up your access card in your "pigeon hole tray" and a key to your office in the information. Your admin. contact person will show you where to find the information etc.
